What does the Free Forever plan include?
The Free Forever plan lets you create one complete course with all the basic features: content editing, gallery themes, sharing by link and SCORM export. It's perfect for trying out the platform before committing.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the change is immediate. If you downgrade, the change will apply at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For Enterprise plans, we also offer bank transfer billing.
What is a 'seat' in the plans?
A seat represents a user who can create and edit content. You can invite unlimited collaborators to your workspaces to view and comment, but only users with a seat can create courses.
What is a workspace?
Workspaces are environments designed for an organization's internal use. You can have several within the same company (by area, project, etc.). If your use case is operating as an external provider for multiple clients, that falls under a partner model; workspaces cannot be resold to other companies.
How does AI video generation work?
AI video generation is available as an add-on on paid plans. You can purchase video minute packages that accumulate and don't expire. The packages are contracted separately from your base plan.
